Vincent Rutland

Vincent W. Rutland is and has been an educator, performer, arranger, and musical director for various organizations throughout the Tri-State area. He has taught music for the School District of Philadelphia for over 33 years and he has taught on every level from kindergarten to college. Vincent performs as a percussionist, vibraphonist, and keyboardist with several musical groups, churches, and as a freelance musician.
