The “Jazz Crew” Parade Band

Mark Edmonds started playing the trumpet at the age of eight and he is now sixty-six years old! The amazing thing is that he never stopped playing the trumpet! He started playing professionally at the age of seventeen when he joined a Philly band called “Wildfire”.

Since then he has played with numerous dance bands and wedding bands. He has played with many recording groups including the Drifters, the “Coasters”, the “Blue Notes”, the “Delphonics”, and the “Ebonys”. He has also been on shows with “Sister Sledge”, “the Trammps”, “Fat Larry's Band”, “War”, the “BT Express”, and Bobby "Blue" Bland, to name some.

Mark is real excited about the "Jazz Crew" Parade Band and looks forward to many years of parade performances.

The "Jazz Crew" Parade Band plays Dixieland jazz, Swing, Patriotic songs, Pop and Show tunes.
